TTLP is always seeking individuals who are interested in advancing their career in General Management across the commercial sector. We are partnered with various GM offices and accept applications on a rolling basis. Interested applicants should upload their materials here for further consideration. After the first two years, Fellows will have access to TTLP’s network of resources, mentors, and continued support.
While not an exhaustive list, a successful GM candidate should possess the following:
- Great attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated and passion for learning;
- Demonstrated interest in theatrical management, with eagerness to learn more
- Ability to assess and manage multiple competing priorities and work well under pressure
- Ability to complete multiple projects successfully
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
